Stefan Szepe
has been an active member of the IT, marketing and communications fields since 1995. The spectrum ranges from freelance jobs in early web-development and work in all areas of video production, to self-employment in the communications industry as a PR consultant and online editor for the regional Austrian newspaper, Oberösterreichischen Nachrichten. In 2008, he switched over to digital asset management as Senior Business Consultant/Senior Solutions Expert for Celum, an Austrian company which focuses on individual customer solutions in the print and video management, product and project management, training and consulting in the area of digital asset management workflows, taxonomies and other classification systems, as well as photo and audio/video conversion and transcoding. Since June of 2014, he is responsible for the implementation of a digital asset management system at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (MDW).
