Florin Guma
finished his degree in telecommunications and worked as both an IT-manager and educator at the University of Applied Sciences in Salzburg. After finishing his MBA at both the St. Gallen University in Switzerland and the Rotman Business School in Toronto, he left for the University of Salzburg, where he has worked as CIO since 2008. He has several projects in the areas of development and process organisation, with a focus on process management and organisation culture. Currently, he coordinates the digital development of the university and works together with other departments in the digital transformation of university core processes and regions.
